Yes we are crazy to make our mayo ,pickles,dressings, soups. Chef Ben is true to himself and his integrity is honorable and so delicious . He won the top chef under forty award and various awards for different dishes at many different Contests Chef Ben learned his trade with Award winning ,bravo tv show Top Chef Susan Spicer owner of 2 award winning New Orleans Restaurants . He also worked with Geraud Maris Of The Brennans and now a culinary professor . Oxford is what we could afford after going through Katrina .
